Q. Is this course court approved?

A. Yes. LosAngelesDriver.com is fully approved as a Los Angeles Superior Court online traffic school for ticket dismissal. It meets the California 8-hour traffic school equivalent requirement.

Q. How long does it take to finish?

A. Our Los Angeles online traffic school course is designed to take approximately eight (8) hours to complete. Most people finish in about a day, but your progress is up to you. There is no maximum time limit and you may login/out whenever you like. Just make sure to complete the course prior to your Los Angeles traffic ticket court due date.

Q. How do I register and get started?

Q. Is this the right Los Angeles online traffic school course for me?

A. You can take this course to dismiss a one (1) point violation, such as speeding, every eighteen (18) months, unless otherwise ordered by the court. This period is calculated from the citation date. You cannot take this course to dismiss a two (2) point violation, such as reckless driving. You may also complete this course for personal enrichment, or to qualify for an auto insurance premium discount—please consult your insurer first.

Q. Can you help me request a court due date extension?

A. No. We cannot contact the court on your behalf for any reason. However, you may contact the court and request an extension if you have a good reason, but do so as early as possible.

Q. Can I take this course last minute?

A. Yes, in most cases. However, you must complete our Los Angeles County online traffic school final exam on or before your due date. Allow 24 hours (M-F) for your proof of completion to be transmitted; we can only send completion information during court hours. We strongly recommend that you complete the course as early as possible.
